Pathfinder 4wd Van Accessories is a part-time, evening run business. Parts inquiries, BS’ing and parts orders are happily received
9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (mountain time) Monday-Fridays. Cell Phone hours 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday-Saturday (Mtn time)
Note: Many of the parts offered are in stock and ready to ship. There are some items that are manufactured after the order is placed (custom draglinks, crossmembers etc,). It can take up to 5 to 7 days to manufacture such items.

Credit cards, Mastercard, Visa, Discover card. .
Company Checks on approval
International customers are limited to Bank wire transfer or credit card only. US banks charge a fee for wire transfers, this fee will be added to your invoice.
Orders prepaid with Personal or Company checks will be held until the check clears the bank. This may take approx. 5 to 10 days. Please plan accordingly. No orders will be shipped without first receiving payment.
Special orders
A deposit equal to 50% of the value or the part being special ordered will be required. No return on special orders.
About our parts
We stock only the highest quality parts for your truck. Many of our replacement parts are designed to replace OEM "Pathfinder Equipment Co." parts no longer available. We strive to improve the design of "Pathfinder Equipment Co."parts whenever possible. However, we do not accept responsibility for any design problems built into Pathfinder vans by "Pathfinder Equipment Co."
Domestic shipping
Shipping carrier will be determined by Pathfinder 4wd Van Accessories. Requests by customer for a specific carrier may incur additional charges. Most shipments are shipped via Fed Ex ground and USPS. Pathfinder 4wd Van Accessories will be glad to use a shipping company of the customers choice whenever possible. Regular ground shipments are shipped on Tuesday and Thursday. Air shipments are made 5 days a week.
International shipping.
Pathfinder will endeavor to use the most expedient and cost effective shipping companies. Should the customer have a preferred company and brokerage service, please provide this information prior to shipping. International customers are responsible for all taxes, shipping charges, brokerage fees etc.
Freight claims, damage, mis-shipments and shortages
If parts are lost or damaged in shipping, please notify the carrier, as they normally require you to file a claim. Damage and shortages within the shipment must be reported within 10 days of receiving the package.
Returns
No returns without prior permission. The returned item should be in original condition. Any part which has been modified or changed cannot be returned. Returns must be received within 30 days or invoice date.
Warranty
The following is made inlieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Seller's and manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of product proved defective. Neither seller nor manufacturer shall be liable for any loss, injury or damage, direct or consequential arising out of us of or misuse of, improper installation or inability's of the product. After use, the user shall assume all risk and liability whatsoever in connection herewith.
Product Limitations
All of the 4x4 conversion components that Pathfinder 4wd Van Accessories sells are intended for off-road use. Pathfinder 4wd Van Accessories cannot be held liable for any vehicle modifications since all conversion components and kits are intended for off-highway application use only. Before using any of our products, we recommend that you check your local and state vehicle regulations to be sure that you are within the laws concerning your specific vehicle modifications.
