Quadravan Steering Assembly, All Dana 60 with Leaf Sping Models 1980 to 91 |
The old style drag link and tie rod assemblies are no longer available. The new system is vastly superior to the old because it simplifies alignment and eliminates bump steering.. The
new drag link attaches to the top of the passenger side steering knuckle via a new steering arm. This new style steering eliminates alignment problems that have plagued the leaf spring converted Quadravans. You can
replace the drag link assembly without changing the tie rod, but the reverse is not true. There's no boss machined into the new tie rod assembly, therefore, the stock OEM Pathfinder drag link will not fit. |
