If you are not sure of the year of your van or in which year it was converted, this is where you start. In most cases, the model year and the conversion year are the
same. But you can't always rely on the model year of the van and the conversion being the same. Some vans were converted a year or two later, and if that build date landed on or after a design change, we will both be
wasting allot of each others time and money shipping parts back and forth. So, read over the different years and compare to your van to make sure we have a match. Also be aware of the rebuild or body
swap. There's nothing wrong with rebuilding a van in such a way. But it can quickly cause extreme headaches trying to match up the parts. So keep an open mind, gather your info and call us and we can figure it out.
You may have already been told by well intentioned parts experts that you have parts on your van that have been taken off a vehicle of "unknown manufacture" or I ain't never seen parts like them
before" or "ya all got a Ford axle in your Chevy". Although many parts are custom made by Pathfinder, many are the same as 4x4 trucks of the same era as your van. Study the breakdown and you will see it is much simpler
than the parts guys say. .It's all part of owning a custom made 4x4 van. If you are still unclear of what you have, give us a call. |
